Are you new to printing or just wondering why your silk models do not come out as shiny as the ones you see on the web? I printed about 80 cubes with various settings until I finally settled on these settings which produce VERY shiny results. The final value of 30 for the following settings was the result. Even changing up by 10 to 40 results is a far less shiny result, but going any slower than 30 produces nothing extra. Please note that changing these settings from stock to 30 will increase your print time by around 60% but it's definitely worth it! Both of the benchy's in the photos are printed on the same X1 Carbon with the same 0.4 nozzle and the same 0.20 layer height. The only difference to get the shiny result was to change three settings on the speed tab. You'll need to have the advanced settings turned on first and then simply change INITIAL LAYER, OUTER WALL and TOP SURFACE all to 30. That's it!
