[UPD] Don't use this design for delta mechanics.
Even though these clamps are quite strong, their feelers ends seems to be too weak and allow tiny movements of balls along the clamps. Being assembled, whole mechanics is not tough enough, it's getting worse when parts move.
I still like the idea to make compact mechanics, so I will try to redesign clamps to get rid of this soft backlash behavior.
***
Here is another version of delta mechanics using 16mm ball joints.
It's compact but more strong and solid than previous.
Again, it's compatible with Rostock (platform offset - 33 mm; carriage offset - 22 mm).
Carriages designed to be used with lm8uu bearings.
Note that platform's top and bottom sides different.
Parts' sources are published on [Onshape](https://cad.onshape.com/documents/56eee6a8e4b0b95993239162/w/4472ccb077693f6816e5deea/e/d7368d298659cd223d2582a7)
I've upgraded my printer with the parts made of PLA and currently testing it. Preliminary results are qu
