I designed this simple button box to include 11 total switches/toggles and a 4" waveshare HDMI display from amazon. There are 11 holes at 16.5mm diamter to accommodate generic switches from amazon or toggle switches. The screen will bolt into housing with small bolts and nuts that will be recessed on front panel. There are recessed nut mounts for the back panel, you can glue the nuts into the housing on the front panel, or center a brass thread insert and melt it into it, then screw in from the back panel. I used generic 3mm bolt and nut kit to assemble. I used a generic usb joy stick control board for the interface device to the pc. I drilled a couple holes in the back to line up with a generic ball and socket phone mount I got for my sim rig. Works great for a fun DIY cheap project to build your own button box.
