This is a functional replacement socket for the FM1100/FM1000 series radios which are famously known for being highly hackable, robust and versatile by the ham radio community. (Capable of PC control, running custom VFO firmwares & 9.6k baud packet radio)
Should be compatible with the 4m, VHF, & UHF units.
This socket fits into the radio by friction-fit, play with the flow and temperature to get the friction fit just right. Fit varies wildly by printer & filament used because of the small tolerances.
For the pins you need Farnell part No: 299571 or the pins from a Molex connector (Old fashioned HDD power plug) from a computer power supply. The pins also fit by friction, and require a fair amount of force to be pressed in. (I use side cutters held open)
