Simple 1U CubeSat

Simple 1U CubSat frame. We have 4 Rails and 2 piece : Top and Bottom. All these pieces can be simplified and we will produce only 2 types of pieces : One type for Rails and the other is for Top and Bottom pieces. So, cost of manufacturing will reduce. Additive Manufacturing technique selected: FUSED DEPOSITION MODELING is the selected technique for this model because of the ability to utilize composites. So, when using composite : "Carbon Fiber" to manufacture this CubeSat, weight will be reduced and we have characteristics of material which are better than metals.
