Simple 5-port Network Switch Wall Holder

Simple but effective holder to place your 5-port network switch to the wall. This is suitable for the NetGear 8-port switches (i.e. GS308T in my case) for every switch with a width of 95mm and a depth of 30mm (including rubber feet). You can screw the holder to the wall or use double sided tape.
