Simple Airsoft Suppressor

This is a simple airsoft mock suppressor I modeled for a 14mm CCW threaded barrel. I specifically designed it with a 35mm outer diameter so that it would fit recessed inside the rail I'm using. The overall length is 130mm. I also designed a baffle (not sure if it makes a difference). This design is meant to be used with 5 baffles.

Update 4/29:
The first print was mostly successful! The 14mm CCW thread fits nice and tight on the barrel. The baffles slide ride in. However, I had a really hard time getting the cap threads to engage. I have revised the cap threads by reducing the thread diameter 0.2mm and adding a small fillet to the thread. I am printing the revised cap now.

Update #2 4/29:
I was able to get the threads to engage after revising the end cap, but still too tight to continue threading. I have reduced the thread diameter another 0.1mm. I am printing that cap now.
