Simple AMS Holder / Riser (no supports needed)

Jan 28th 2024 Update:Added a taller (+10mm) option as well as versions of both heights without the center support spoke. Description:A simple support-free AMS holder for those who don't have or don't want to use the glass top on their Bambu printer. Fits both new and old AMS shells (the versions with 3 slots on each side and the version with 5 slots on each side). It's just tall enough that the PTFE tube should not rub on the bottom of the AMS much, if at all. other shorter AMS holders can lead to PTFE tubing being sanded into a powder and landing on the bed, causing failed prints.
