Print the body ideally from PETG, rotor from PLA and the 3 coils from iron-filled PLA or ABS. You'll need 0,6mm enameled copper wire and do exactly 20 turns on each coil. Solder the wires as shown on the last picture. The ends of the wires will have to go on the brushless speed controller, no matters what order.   Mandatory components: 3mm shaft at least 50mm long; ball bearing with 9mm outer diameter 6mm high; four pieces of 20x2mm neodymium magnets to glue them in the rotor, don't forget to alternate their poles when glueing.
