I showed this in my latest breadboard computer video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8aiYJxvh4r0

Use the hand crank or the motor.
It counts from 0 to 15 in binary then resets itself.
Follow the order and part direction shown in the images.
Everything fits together without glue and no supports.
