I saw a bunch of other drybox filters, but most required hardware or other complicated stuff, so i made this very simple filter, you simply sandwich the box between the 2 pieces and its done, not additional hardware or complicated templates.
Basically you just feed the filament in to the rear printed piece (the flat one), then place your sponge around it and stuff it in as well, then place the piece in to a hole in the box (i used a 3/4" holesaw) and screw the front piece on which secures the whole works... I used a Sterilite 54QT "Gasket Box" which i got from walmart, so it should be pretty accessible to most, and is advertised as being air tight, this may compromise that a bit, but i cant see it being an issue...
I also used a 1"OD pvc for holding the spools, and included the brackets i made for those, this is going to be pretty specific to my setup, but you never know if someone could use it, so i added it anyway.
There are 1.75 and 3.0mm variations, i intentionally made t
