Simple Espresso WDT Tool - V4

Version 4

Simple version of a WDT tool used to distribute espresso grounds prior to tamping.

Uses 3D printer nozzle cleaning needles with the following specs:
Main Body Diameter: 1.5mm
Main Body Length: 30mm
Needle Diameter: 0.4mm
Needle Length: Your preference (I'm using ones that are 75mm long)


With the 75mm needles I'm using and with the body fully seated within each bore in the handle, the distance between tines are:
4 needle configuration: 26.08mm
8 needle configuration: 13.93mm

Use your choice of appropriate glue to adhere the needles within the handle.
