Simple Fractal Terra Riser

I wanted an easily removable riser for the Terra to allow 25mm thick fans to fit underneath while keeping the ability to open the side panel as needed. I made sure to keep the walls low to not interfere with the front USB ports and power cord in the back. There are some optimizations that can be done to give it some more overall stability, but it hasn't been an issue yet.
