Colar fur your fursuit. 200mm internal diameter should fit most fursuits.
Bolt together:
Print 2 bolt together pieces and use 2x m5x30mm screw and nut to assemble the 2 pieces.
Lockable:
Print 1x lockable collar L and print 1x lockable collar R and use 1x m5x30mm screw and nut to form the hinge, and use a padlock with a 12mm internal shackle width.
