Simple Guitar Wall Hook v.2

This is an amended version of the wall mount hook that I'd previously done (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6029736) but now with the ability for it to be adjusted to take account of uneven shouldered headstocks (e.g. fender styles, etc.).

Padding was added to the guitar/bracket contact points post print to protect the headstock.
