Simple Install 3d Printer Camera Base

This remix incorporates a base and transverse arm that simply rests under the Y axis threaded rod. The camera can simply rest on top, be screwed or glued to the base if using something like the recycled XBOX 360 camera I happened to have lying around. Future camera upgrades are as simple as printing another mount.

In designing printer accessories consideration for added weight to the moving gantry and bed are a factor as they increase the inertial mass thus resulting in a negative effect on performance. This is why I opted for a stationary solution.

Should work with similarly designed printers using a metric 8mm Y axis threaded rod which rests 18.4mm from the bottom. Shown on Tronxy P802E.
