Simple J Head Extruder Mount for Ormerod

With Cheap J Head Exstruders available on Ebay and the like I'm currently trialing a £7 J Head on the Ormerod(1). The mount is designed to mount the J Head and 40mm Cooling Fan to the existing X carriage. The design also includes the mounting for the Z axis micro switch I use for zeroing the Z axis on my Ormerod. The switch mount is part of the Clamp that remains in place on the X carriage, so doesn't require re-setting when changing the J head for any reason. As the Z axis microswitch is triggered by the tilt of the exstruder when it touches the Glass Bed, any thickness of glass can be used on the bed (as and when) without having to re-calibrate the switch. This is a trial setup, in preparation for conversion to a Duel exstruder. I am also trying to source a suitable 6 pin miniature power connector for use with the mount. A further revision (available shortly) will include a mount for a 12V LED indicator to show when the Heater is active.
