### Simple multipurpose general LED light

**What?**

My wife needed a light for her keyboard so she could read the sheet music. Instead of buying one I decided to design and build one of my own. Then I figured why it couldn't be more generic? With long neck it would be really useful in countless situations. As time passed the more ideas for usage popped up. The video contains only a few of them.

**Usage**

This thing can be used for lighting innumerable places: reading sheet music, fixing cars, searching keys in the dark, spare light during power cut, reading light and many many other places, you name it. With long adjustable neck it can bring light places where normal flashlights can't go.

**Building it**

Besides all the printed parts you will need:
* Screws with size M3 and variable lengths between 12mm to 30mm. **Tip:** Use nyloc nuts where ever possible.
* Red and black wires
* An on/off switch
* Double AAA battery box
* Two AAA batteries
* LED (OSM5XME1E1E)
