Simple PiKVM - CSI Board Adapter

I purchased the wrong CSI board for the Simple KVM box. To make it fit properly, I designed this very basic board to screw in to the existing holes and provide new holes for this other CSI board. If you also have this board, this will fix the hole alignment. I'm a noob so it's not perfect, but does work.
