A simple square sieve that is scalable in the slicer and uses infill to set the hole size. Because the sieve mesh is infill and can only be one wall thick, make it strong by using the largest nozzle you have, and set the sparse infill line thickness of the cube modifier object to 150% of your nozzle diameter. Change the sparse infill density of the cube modifier object to change the hole size. The provided profile uses a 0.6mm nozzle at 0.9mm line width to print a 220x220mm sieve with ~4mm holes, which works great for getting leaves out of sandpit sand without clogging too much.
