Print this cube using your usual print settings you intend to print with, in order to calibrate.
Use external X and Y Width/Length to calibrate Shrinkage Compensation, once these values are correct, use the internal holes to calibrate hole compensation.
I typically try and aim for external Width/Length to err tolerance on being ~0.05mm under (small), and holes to err tolerance on being ~0.05mm over (big)
This typically ensures decent push fits for plastic parts printed to be fit together.
The part is also supposed to be 5mm tall if your shrinkage compensation is working correctly, however this can usually be a bit off if your skin layers have flow set too high, so you will need to ensure flow is calibrated properly as well as Z offset to avoid elephants foot before calibrating Z shrinkage.
