Simple Solid Tire

With the f3d file, parameters can be adjusted to change the tire and the thread. But some how I didn't do a good enough job that sometime when there's too few tire threads, the model break down. So advice to change the params a small step at a time.

The example prints were with TPU (15mm/s, no retraction, 220C)
