Simple square self watering pot

A simple, square self-watering pot is designed for semi-hydroponic setups. It works best with substrates such as pon, leca, pumice, etc. To use it, plant your plant in a suitable substrate and pour water in from the top. The water flows through easily, and the indicator at the bottom shows the water level. I don't recommend using regular soil. However if you add some of the semi-hydro substrate up to the water level, you can try topping it up with regular soil. I haven't tested this myself, so be cautious; it might cause root rot.
