Simple Standalone MOSFET Cover

A simple standalone cover for the generic Heatbed MOSFETS everyone uses. It is a single part, requires no tools or screws to assemble, and can optionally be secured with a zip tie on the back to hold it in place.

Built this when I upgraded to an SKR 1.4 board and found design after design for cases that were specifically tailored to a particular user's build. I would rather have generic cases for all my individual components.
