Simple static grass applier jig

# Static Grass applier for modelism

This is a simple jig that fits a piece of metal mesh, some wrapping wire and a couple of 3mm screws to make it easier to apply static grass to 32mm miniature bases using any HV source available (I'm using a fly zapper).

Rotate appropriately to print. I did it with 30% infill and 0.3mm layer.

### Disclaimer
Take care when handling HV sources, even if it's a bug zapper it can hurt. I'm not recommending you to do this unless you know what you're working with and how to handle it safely.
