Simple Table Filament Spool Holder

Simple filament spool holder to be placed aside the printer.
Have not found any I would really like.
It helps guiding the filament string into the extruder (at least for Ender), but the main idea is this holder not to be part of printer frame.
When you have 1kg+ on top of your frame, it creates momentum when the printer is micro-shaking from the hotend movements.
Also, as there are two moving parts, the tube and the spool, fraction which needs to be overcome by extruder is much smaller than when the tube is fixed to the frame as it's the case of default filament holder by Creality. No bearing necessary, this works just fine! :-)
