I made this with the idea of something so simple even a younger child could use it. Just a simple print to help make tying off water balloons.nothing special about this print, just PLA and some time to kill How to use:1.fill up balloon2.wrap around open end3. pull through the loop4. throw balloon at someone (The GIF is showing the first version, which was too big, but could still work. The model uploaded was slimmed down to make it easier.)
