Simple Upright Fluidic Holder

This is a very simple holder generator file for making fluidic holders that can allow viewing of some types of microfluidic devices under upright microscopes. OpenSCAD file is included for easy customization. The default size is a 50x75 slide footprint. This should be easily 3D printed or machined. I typically suggest machining for microscope parts since the flatness is typically better on a machined part than a 3D printed part and this is important for focus across the imaging area.
