I wanted a minimalistic, spherical air layering pod with as few details as possible that was easy to print.
I also tried to make it as light as possible (about 22g when assembled) and partially water-tight.
You can use pieces of a kitchen sponge to hold the earth inside the pod if the branch is too thin.
I printed them without support, but you might want to use some, at least in the central topmost part of the sphere, although it's optional.
Use sequential printing if your printer's gauntry allows it.
If the clips are too loose, simply heat them with a lighter or hairdryer and bend the clip's hands inside.
**NOTE:**
For better results it's better to insert a plastic film (a piece of a plastic bag will do) so the roots don't stick to the pod's walls.
Happy plants growing!
