Simple design to stop the chain falling off the chain tensioner on the Sinclair C5.
Remove the bolt from the chain tensioner jockey wheel and place one of these pieces either side. Push the bolt back through and re-assemble.
Cable tie at the top to hold it in position, cable tie at the bottom to keep the chain from leaping off.
Print with PETG for strength and flexibility. PLA would probably break very quickly.
