This is a parameterised version of the Singer Fashion Discs. By having it parameterised you can create whatever fashion disc you like.
I have used Fusion 360 to CAD the disc. The Singer_fashion_disc_parameters.csv file contain parameters to be used to create your own Discs.
The first 19 lines are used to adapt the CAD-file to your printer. The first 18 parameters are filled in with a number 0-12 to set the needle sideway position for each stitch.
Pos1 is sideway position of stitch 1. Pos2 position of stitch 2 etc.
Position 0 correspond to placing the needle to the far left. Position 12 correspond to placing the needle to the far right.
To be able to load parameters into Fusion 360 the ParameterIO Add-in is needed.
Since all printers behave different I have introduced a tolerance parameter. Set the tolerance setting according to your printer. I need to set it to 0.2 to get the correct dimension on the inner diameter and also the correct height on the disc teeth.
