Single Blade Propeller

I got the idea for this design from the Propellers designed by Brent Peterson. It has one propeller blade that generates thrust and an aerodynamic counterweight on the other side that brings the center of mass to the middle of the propeller. I Made this as a proof-of-concept, but it actually flies surprisingly well if you spin it fast enough. make sure when using it that the thicker edge of the airfoil is facing in the direction it spins in. It is designed for the High-Speed Propeller Launcher by Lukas Hannert. I am in the process of designing a version 2 and with a more aerodynamic counterweight and it will be out soon.
