Single Speed Chain Tensioner

Converts a bike to single speed using existing cassette.

Designed to be printed without support with minimal hardware. Uses a derailleur idler to engage with the chain so unlike other designs there is no contact with the printed material and any moving parts.

Dimensioned to fit a GT Karakoram with 16mm chain stays. Tension adjustment range is minimal, and is achieved by moving the position slightly on the chain stay.

All hardware is M5. Washers are used on either side of the idler to get the fit right (space for the idler is 10mm wide). A bushing may be required for the idler depending on if it is a road or mountain idler.
