A simple Sugar Rocket, flight tested and is stable.

Included in design is the two caps, one internal for the Rocket Base and One for the bottom of the Rocket Base (5mm partially drilled whole)

The Extension tube adds stability as it raises the Center of Gravity above the Center of Pressure.

Used the standard KnO3 65% and 35% Sugar Mixture (by weight).

Although I have tested using PLA would advise to use PETG which is not flammable.

Rocket Base (Motor base with fins) is for once of use it will be deformed after flight.

For the Rocket I use standard setting for my printer .8mm walls 15% infill.

For the Compaction tool I use 4mm walls and 25% infill.

In the video the launch pad is not my design, it is from Les_Kaye https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3595995
The guide Rod for the launch is from a coat hangar.
