I built a tabletop MAME arcade cabinet out of 1/2" MDF, using a Sintron joystick and arcade buttons from Amazon. Once I installed the joystick, I discovered the actuator wasn't big enough to actually actuate the leaf switches that make the joystick work, so I modified it to properly press the leaf switches, with the added bonus of additional clearance to press the E-ring back into place on the bottom of the shaft.

The actuator is put on the shaft with the wide part at the top.

I printed in PLA at 100% on a Printrbot Simple. Hope somebody finds it useful!
