Siraya cardboard roll insert

I adapted this from the model posted on Siraya Tech's website to fit their cardboard spools. It allows them to spin more freely on external spool holders. I did this because the cardboard on plastic friction was too much for the stretchy TPU 85/95 which would cause extrusion issues.
