Based on the dimensions given in the original design, I reprojected the organizer into segments for printers with a maximum print size of 200x200.
For assembly, you will need the first two segments, two second segments, two third segments.
For bonding, you can use methylene chloride or dichloroethane. It is also recommended to glue pla with cynoacrylate, but I cannot recommend it, because it is quite fragile.
I would be grateful to anyone who can modernize this design and add fasteners to it, which will help to avoid the need for gluing.
Manufacturing parameters are the most standard
Layer Height: 0.3
Nozzle diameter: 0.4
Fill: 100%
Supports are not required
Printed on Anicubic Cobra Neo with pla+
But you can play around with the padding however you like. I believe that the final result will be normal even with 30% filling, but I prefer not to risk and fill completely.
