Skadis screw head replacement

NOTE: This is NOT a screw cap! The last time I had to mount a Skadis shelf, I slightly overtightened the screw and ripped off the plastic screw head. Sure, I could have driven 50 km forth and back in hope to get a new screw, OR design my own screw head replacement. Check out the pictures to see said screw without its head. To mount the screw head replacement to the screw, hold the screw with a plier and apply gentle heat to the screw head. Now press the screw into the hole of the head replacement and let it cool down. Make sure to neither apply too much heat nor pressure, otherwise you'll make yourself a nice plastic donut.Pro tip: have a steady hand 😉
