Skadis Table Clamp (Long)

Just a quick remix of the [Pegboard table clamp](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4719357) and the long version of [G-Clamp full printable](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1673030) to make a long version of the table clamp for IKEA Skadis. (shown on the left of 1st photo) Would have gotten the IKEA metal version but it is sold out in my local IKEA.

Also included the long version of the knob, and both tight- and loose-fit versions of the protector (from G-Clamp) for completeness.
