Skew die

Henry Segerman designed skew dice based on the asymmetric trigonal trapezohdron which he explains in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OI5njPo7zC0

This is a customizable version in which the skewness of the die, its roundedness and size of pips are parameterized.

The die is not oriented so it will need laying down on a selected face for printing.
