###This is a wall rack I designed for my skis. They are designed for my fat powder skis (145-122-136) that wouldn't fit other stands.
They are designed to be printed in pairs and are held with one screw each. The pairs line up via a connector, which is later hidden by the skis. They hold my powder skis, which weigh 15kg, no problem. You could also only print the lower half if you don't need two racks.
Printing notes:
- the models should be printed on their sides
- the connector area needs support, everything else does not
- I recommend to reinforce certain weak areas in Cura, by adding a support blocker, selecting "modify settings for overlaps" and increasing infill(35%) and wall line count(4). The weaker areas are visible in one of the pictures, and my reinforced sliced model in another. If you do this reinforcements you can print the rest of the model with 10% infill and 3 wall lines.
Designed with Fusion 360. The .f3d file is included, if you want to modify the m
