Skip Bo masters

My family and I love the boxes that @mteomarch makes but needed one for our new Skip Bo Masters edition. I modified the Skip Bo box to accommodate the coins under the cards and added masters to the lid. Note: You will only need one of the inserts, I added the closed bottom since it is nice to remove the insert without the coins falling out.
