SKTB thermostat hinge

Replacement hinge for SKTB thermostats (like this one https://sktb-spu.ru/produkt/termostat-elektricheskij-s-ohlazhdeniem-tso-1-80-spu-2-1/).
Some hardware for assembly:
1. 2x M3 screw 12-15 mm long (non-countersunk head)
2. 1x M5 screw 10-12 mm long (non-countersunk head)
3. 1*M5 nut
4. 2x M3*4.6*3.6 heat inserts (https://sl.aliexpress.ru/p?key=z9T4tmH) - these should be inserted into moving part of the hinge
5. 2x M4*5.0*4.0 heat inserts (https://sl.aliexpress.ru/p?key=z9T4tmH) - these should be inserted into fixed part of the hinge
6. 2xM3 washers - place them between moving and fixed parts of the hinge
