This is a knob for Sky-Watcher HEQ-5 mount manual adjustment.
You need to use some force to slide it on the shaft.
The shaft hole diameter of the knob is 9 mm.
See the pictures for detail.
If You get the "object is not manifold" error, don´t mind it or just click the "repair" option, but the object is OK.
