Skylight window pulling strap

A simple and reliable solution for people, who has difficulties to close the skylight windows because they are too high. Of course the locking will not be solved with this pulling solution, but the window will be in closed position (at least no wind blast). Designed for my pregnant wife, but I share for others in order to utilize it.
