The friction fits are guaged to the 3.5mm parts. The 3.4mm parts are for if you have issues and need more slop.
I could not find a tolerance test with slide in fits also. I went ahead and threw this together.
It is to be expected that the 45deg parts will not be perfectly round, you can check the print how yours came out. Mine for example is 3.43 by 3.50.
You will notice that the spindles have a chamfered edge on the bottom, this is to account for elephant foot from over exposure for your first few layers.
For the spindles, the clearance is from the Circumference to edge. A 0.2mm clearance means there is 0.2mm of gap all around the structure.
One thing to note for the friction fits. The Clearance is total clearance. Meaning 0.05mm clearance is a hole that is now 3.55mm wide and a diameter of 3.55mm. Not 0.05mm on each side.
I was tempted to add a 0.175 clearance test too for the spindles, but most printers are going in 0.05mm steps. Even knocking it down to 0.01mm per l
