Slat Link Conveyor

This is an updated version of my previous conveyor.
- Now using bearings on all shafts
- 200mm sections to suit more printers
- Drive mounting added for NEMA17 stepper motor

This is a 50mm wide slat chain conveyor. Similar to the type used on many production lines. It is a part of my project to build a model bottle filling/corking/labelling/packing line.


Each section of conveyor requires 16 slat links.

The conveyor sections are 200mm long, so should be suitable for most printers.

Obviously, you can add as many mid sections as you want to increase the length.

There is a simple support leg included, but the conveyor can just sit straight onto any flat surface.

Non Printed Parts:

Standard servo screws - 1 for each section (2 for the drive section)
608 Bearings - 4off (I suggest 608ZZ or 608-2RS to keep dust out)
M5x12 Cap Screws and nuts - 4 for each conveyor section
