I wanted a more robust mounting method for hanging cables from the slat wall I have. Many of the designs I found were great but lacked the lower support, and as a result, would break. Additionally, there are other models available that hold a pipe horizontally, but none that I could find that hold the pipe at an angle perpendicular to the wall.
The slats measure 2.6", with a gap of .36" between each slat. They appear to be a fairly standard size for storefronts.
There is a pilot hole for a #10 set screw in the bottom of the pipe mount, as well as an additional 3 screw locations below for hanging additional items.
