Sleeves for D-Ring Anchors

Overview:I ordered the D-ring anchors below that fit into the stake pockets of my flatbed trailer. They work great, but there is too much slop, so they tend to rattle around in the pockets when there isn’t a load secured. I designed these TPU sleeves to take up that extra space.The fit is great, and the rattling is completely gone. However, there are a couple pockets that must be narrower than others. The difference plus the 1mm top flange adds just enough thickness, that I can’t insert the pin to secure the anchor. Removing the top flange solves this issue, but I prefer to have it there. I’ve included my Fusion 360 design, so you customize it how you wish using the included parameters.
