Designed for another project, but I thought it might be of use to someone.

Width - 20mm
Bore - 52mm
Inner holes radius - 31mm
Outer holes radius - 45mm

Update 2021-11-12:
Added new .stl files which require less cleanup,
- Outer with supportless ball track
- Inner with more generous tolerance
